Refund policy

• Your ad is not approved: full refund, automatically, within 5–10 business days.
• Someone else paid for overlapping space first: full refund, automatically. (Checkout holds your space for 20 minutes; this only happens if the hold lapsed.)
• Renewal paid after your space was reassigned: full refund of the renewal, automatically.
• We remove your live ad: pro-rata refund for the remaining full months of your lease (annual price × remaining full months ÷ 12, rounded in your favour). No refund when the removal is for bad faith — artwork or link changed after approval to something that would have been declined, malware, scams, illegal content, or deliberate rule evasion.
• You change your mind mid-lease: no refund by default — it is an annual commitment. Email us; we consider goodwill exceptions case by case.
• Chargebacks: your ad is suspended while the dispute runs; reinstated if the dispute is resolved in our favour, removed without further refund if not.
